Sia has spent most of his career developing business improvement methodologies for professional service firms, collectively resulting in over half a billion in growth.  He has created hundreds of compelling professional courses and workshops, specifically designed to upgrade the business performance of accounting firms.  Sia’s unique style of teaching is engaging, practical, and memorable according to hundreds of accounting firms who have attended his courses and seminars worldwide.  Equipped with a Law Degree,  Sia has used his advocacy skills over the years to persuade CPA partners to implement proven methodologies that can dramatically upgrade their accounting business.  He has enabled thousands of partners and their teams resolve issues that impede their ability to achieve success beyond expectations.

Sia’s passion is to instill morality and fair dealing in the business world to cultivate relationships. His key to success has been ‘putting people before profit,’ and teaching others how to do the same.  He uses accountability as a means to measure his own convictions and the convictions of others who seek to improve their business.  Sia has disrupted the coaching and the consulting industry by operating as a fiduciary of the accounting firms and charging fees based on results.

With more than 25 years’ leadership experience in technology and the accounting profession at Karbon, Intuit, Xero and other companies, Ian is passionate about helping accounting professionals be as successful as possible in order to positively impact the small businesses they serve.

In 2016, he was named a “Top 20 under 40” by the CPA Practice Advisor and a “Marketer That Matters” in 2013 by The Wall Street Journal. Ian has a Master of Engineering Management degree and a Master in Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Linda has lived and worked in New York City for more than 30 years.  She is a wife, mother and entrepreneur.  She loves to walk for miles through Central Park and the busy sidewalks of Manhattan.  She also loves to hang out with her husband binge-watching their favorite TV shows.

Professionally, Linda is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, and consulting services.  Her firm works with clients in the U.S. and across the globe including businesses, nonprofit entities, and high-net-worth individuals. She holds certifications in many accounting technology solutions including QuickBooks, Xero, LivePlan, and Bill.com to name a few.

She advises her clients on federal, state, and local tax matters and provides financial coaching, and outsourced CFO and controller services. She is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics, including tax planning, managing and growing a business, selecting a cloud accounting system, and unlocking the financial intelligence in business data.

She has been a board member and past treasurer of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) and belongs to the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), the AICPA, the NYSSCPA, and the NYSSCPA Partnership and LLC Tax Committee. Linda is a summa cum laude graduate of The City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College.  She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for business schools

Thomas has over 10+ years in the legal community building and growing legal practices. Thomas is Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Subcommittee on Heath and Wellness (solo/small firm) and was awarded Order of the Barrister for outstanding oral advocacy. He has a M.S. through University of Colorado’s GEM program and is a personal development/Executive Coach in legal and business arena. In 2017 he was a National Qualifier for NPC Men’s Physique.While he still practices law his main focus is helping other professionals and students through his business Fit2Practice. Fit2Practice teaches professionals and organizations how to live a more complete and fulfilling life.
